General

By accessing or using the Potts Pixels website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

Potts Pixels reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Services

Potts Pixels provides graphic design and digital media services including (but not limited to):

• Logo Design

• Branding

• Website Design

• Social Media Graphics

• Marketing Material

All services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Potts Pixels is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Quotes & Payments

​

​

• All quotes are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• Quotes are valid for $14 days unless stated otherwise

• Full or partial payment of 50% may be required before work commences

• Final files will not be released until payment has been received in full

​

Revisions

​

​

• Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your quote.

• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

• Major changes after approval may be treated as a new project.

​

Turnaround Time

​​

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on project scope, revisions, and client response time. Delays caused by late feedback or missing information are not the responsibility of Potts Pixels.

Intellectual Property

​

​

• All designs remain the property of Potts Pixels until full payment is received.

• Once payment is complete, the client is granted full usage rights for the final approved design.

• Potts Pixels retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional material unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds & Cancellations

​

​

• Due to custom nature of design work, refunds are not available once work has commenced.

• If a project is cancelled by the client payment made to date is non-refundable.

• Any completed work up to the cancellation point will be supplied where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

​

The client agrees to:

​

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Review work in a timely manner

• Ensure content supplied does not infringe on any copyright or trademark laws​

Potts Pixels is not liable for legal issues arising from content supplied by the client.

Limitation of Liability

​

Potts Pixels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
