Potts Pixels values transparency and fairness. Due to the custom nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

Custom Design Services

All services provided by Potts Pixels are custom and made to order. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Logo Design

• Branding packages

• Website design

• Social media graphics​​

• Marketing material

Change of Mind​

​

Refunds are not offered for a change of mind after a project has begun o after design concepts have been delivered.

Cancellations

 

• If a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Potts Pixels.

• If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, payments made to date are non-refundable.

• Any completed work up to the cancellation point will be provided where applicable.

Revisions & Satisfaction

Potts Pixels is committed to client satisfaction. Revisions are included as outlined in your original quote. Additional revisions outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Delays​​​​

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

​

• Late feedback or approvals

• Changes to the original brief

• Incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client

Faults or Errors​

​

If an error is made by Potts Pixels. reasonable efforts will be made to correct the issue at no additional cost.​​​
